Allergies

The snow has melted, the sun is shining and the allergies are coming!
The anticipation of spring should be exciting, comforting and rejuvenating, but for allergy sufferers it is quite the opposite. It’s a time marked by an abundant supply of tissues, itchy and watery eyes and a reassurance to others that they’re not sick and it’s just the allergies. If this sounds like you, you’ll be happy to hear that Mother Nature has graced us with her own set of remedies that are sure to keep your allergies at bay!
Bryce revealed the details of his Spring Allergy Survival Guide on April 7th 2011 on the Marilyn Denis Show; however, due to the lack of time, the most important treatments were not covered, so here they are…

Grass, Ragweed and Dust Pollenguard Homeopathic Allergy Drops:

Pollenguard is a sublingual (under the tongue) homeopathic allergy drop used for the treatment of specific allergies. Unlike most allergy drugs that only treat symptoms, Pollenguard Homeopathic Remedy addresses the underlying cause of allergies for long term benefit. Pollenguard Allergy Drops are a form of allergy sublingual immunotherapy that treats the root cause of allergies. While anti-histamines mask symptoms, immunotherapy can train your body to tolerate the allergen, eventually eliminating allergy symptoms and the need for antihistamines or allergy medicines altogether.

Quercetin:

Many of the effects of allergic reactions are caused by the release of histamine. One way it does this is by causing your capillaries to be more permeable to water in which you then experience as the familiar runny nose and annoyingly watery eyes. Quercetin is nature’s very own anti histamine remedy and is a safe and effective alternative to over-the-counter medication.

Vitamin C:

Vitamin C also supports healthy histamine levels by helping to sustain a balanced immune response. One fact that many people do not know is Vitamin C and quercetin should always be taken together because they potentiate the effectiveness of one another and are needed for their optimal absorption.

Nasal Cleansing Pot (Neti Pot):

The practice of nasal cleansing – known as Neti – has been used by practitioners of Ayurveda and Yoga in India for thousands of years. Nasal irrigation has been shown to be extremely effective for the treatment of allergies and sinus congestion due to its ability to cleanse allergens stuck in the nasal passageway.
Bryce believes that the proper combination of remedies is essential for treating any health concern, so don’t become discouraged if you need to take more than one to kick those nasty symptoms good-bye!
