The Health Threshold

Genetics, environment, nutrition, emotional state, fitness level, toxin load, stress level, and a plethora of other factors all play a significant role in the delicate balance of maintaining optimal health.

We are each equipped with individual abilities – whether innate or learned – to cope with these factors. However, we all have a limit to that ability to cope. If we exceed that limit – our health threshold – then our health fails.

Today, many of us operate dangerously close to our health threshold, decreasing the function of our overall health and wellbeing whilst simultaneously increasing our probability of developing chronic disease. We may be living longer than the generations who came before us, but we are more susceptible to a poor quality of life.

There are four things in particular that push us to the brink of our health threshold. Two of them, many get too much of: processed food and stress. Two of them many get too little of: exercise and deep, restful sleep.

Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF) is a safe and effective technology that could help restore balance and along with a healthy lifestyle help keep us from exceeding our health threshold.

The BEMER device uses PEMF to deliver a patented therapeutic signal and has been shown to enhance nutrient and oxygen delivery, local blood flow, waste removal, stress reduction and relaxation, and sleep management.  Oxygenated red blood cells carry oxygen and nutrients through the arteries and capillaries to all the organs of the body. As the blood provides oxygen and nutrients to the cells, the cells in turn transfer carbon dioxide and waste products to the red blood cells, which are then processed through the veins and discarded via detox systems.

Using the BEMER device for about 8 minutes once or twice daily in the comfort of your own home translates into enhanced circulation, improved nutrient and oxygen delivery, as well as an upgraded waste removal throughout the body.

Too much processed food

The problem with consuming too much processed food isn’t exclusively that this category of “food” is high in carbohydrate rich calories, sugars, and bad fats, but also and perhaps most importantly that it is devoid of micronutrients including health promoting vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.  In order to keep from exceeding your personal health threshold, it is necessary to consume a rainbow of fruits and vegetables every day.

Red foods have lots of lycopene excellent to protect you against various cancers including prostate cancer.  These include: cherries, red/pink grapefruit, cranberries, pomegranate, red grapes, strawberries (organic only), watermelon, beets, red onions, red peppers, red potatoes, and tomatoes.

Orange and Yellow foods contain many carotenoids, limonene, and bioflavenoids excellent to strengthen your immune system.  These include: squash, tumeric, cumin, apricots, grapefruit, mango, papaya, pineapple, carrot, yellow pepper, sweet potato/yam, lemons, mustard

Green foods contain lutein and indoles for vision and protect against various estrogen related cancers.  These include: avocado, green apples, kiwi, lime, green pears, artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, brussels sprouts, green beans, green pepper, and zucchini.

Blue and Purple contain anthocyanins which are incredible for cardiovascular health.  These include blueberry, eggplant, spanish onions, plums, and acaii berry.

Where BEMER PEMF therapy can supercharge your rainbow, is by offering an all natural and powerful way to improve your blood flow and thereby provide a big boost in delivering the nutrients found in your diet to the places they’re most needed.

Too much stress

Chronic stress – or “sympathetic state dominance” – results in increased blood pressure, shallow rapid breathing, fatigue, poor digestion and elimination, and a tendency toward more anxiety, restlessness, agitation and poor sleep. The counterbalancing part of the nervous system is referred to as “rest and digest.” This is the parasympathetic nervous system that helps the body rest, relax, digest, recover and repair. In general, the parasympathetic nervous system’s functions are the exact opposite from sympathetic activation. Many report that by using BEMER technology, it helps their body shift into a relaxed, parasympathetic state.

Too little exercise

If you’re not getting a minimum of 60 mins of moderate to intense activity in every day, research says you’re not getting enough exercise. No matter what fitness level you’re at, there is no better time than now to get into a routine. What most already know is that the better your blood flow, the better you can perform. However, besides exercising daily, there are other ways to heighten your body’s circulation. BEMER can provide a wealth of performance benefits, before including:

Increased muscle conditioning

Better performance

Improved physical fitness

Increased muscular strength

Enhanced endurance and energy

BEMER PEMF therapy boosts your muscles’ capacity for exercise, which can allow you to break through plateaus and reach new levels of performance!

Too little sleep

Many people get far too little sleep. Sleep hygiene is what you need to do to keep a healthy amount and optimal quality of sleep. Doing this optimizes your circadian rhythm. Stop all caffeine by 1:00 PM. Go to bed at the same time every night to achieve about 7-9 hours of deep restful sleep (but no matter what time you do get to bed, it’s even more important to set your alarm at the exact same time every single morning). Keep your bedroom at about 68 degrees. Make sure your bed and pillow are comfortable. Change your mattress every 10 years. If you’re easily woken, keep white noise on to drown out random noises. Keep a dark room with blinds closed, but ensure exposure to a burst of natural sunlight first thing on waking.

If you nap, the best time to nap so as not to upset your circadian is in the mid-afternoon, but for no longer than 20 minutes. This short nap is sometimes referred to as the ‘trucker’s nap’. After 20 minutes, you quickly enter a deep phase of sleep, and to wake up abruptly from that descent will make you groggy rob you of deep sleep at night.

When you add BEMER to your daily routine, the healthy boost in blood flow helps kick your body’s regenerative process up a notch, improving your sleep quality and speeding up your recovery times.

With just two daily sessions, you can wake up feeling energized and ready for anything.
