Eating Out

If you’re fasting you can’t go out to eat. But if you are following a juice diet you might enjoy a visit to a juice bar that can provide you with fresh-squeezed fruit or vegetable juices. Just be sure to avoid all the “extras” like protein powder, ginseng, or bee pollen. Also stay away from sugary juices and those made from concentrate.
