•For gingivitis: Recipe demo “Blend a couple cups of chopped rhubarb with 100 proof vodka or brandy, and the contents of four capsules of whole-fruit organic cranberry powder. Seal the bottle and store it in a dark place for a couple of weeks then strain it. To use it, swish it in your mouth for one minute before bed time.”
•Fiber for wieght loss and healthy disgestion A tasty way to add some fiber: “Most Americans don’t get the necessary amount of fiber in their diet.”
•A tasty treat that I like is a chocolate hummus:
o 15 oz canned chickpeas, drained (reserve liquid) and rinsed
o ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa or carob powder
o 3 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
o 3 Tbsp tahini paste (optional)
o 1.5 tsp vanilla or rum extract
o 6 Scoops prebiotic fiber powder
o 3-4 Tbsp water (from canned chickpeas)
o Pinch sea salt flakes
o 1. Add all of the ingredients and a small pinch of salt in a food processor; process until smooth
