Buy focaccia in bread bakeries, or the bakery section of many natural food, specialty, and grocery stores.

Varieties

Focaccia comes in large, flat loaves, or smaller loaves suitable for sandwiches. It may contain rosemary or other herbs and spices.

Preparation, Uses, & Tips

Sprinkle warm focaccia with rosemary, minced garlic, and coarse salt; top with diced tomatoes and chopped Kalamata olives.

Storing

Store in a plastic bag at room temperature, and use within a few days.
