1/2 cup – Coconut cream
1/2 tsp – Ground pepper

1 inch piece – Ginger
1.5 tsp – maple syrup (or to taste)

Combine coconut milk/cream mix in a medium saucepan.
Add all ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Once the milk is boiled, filter and drink hot.

Try this Topical Relief: a DIY Capsaicin (cayenne pepper) Cream

1) Mix 3 tablespoons of cayenne powder with 1 cup oil castor oil
2) Heat ingredients in a double broiler for 5-10 minutes.
3) Stir in 1/2 cup grated beeswax and continue to stir until it is melted completely.
4) Chill mixture in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
